I'm Kristen, a clinically trained creative-arts psychotherapist who—when faced with loss, betrayal, and heartbreak— realized that the psychotherapy tools I'd been trained in simply weren't enough to address how these devastating losses had affected not just my mind and body, but my how they'd fragmented my SOUL.

My dark night of the soul, spiritual awakening led me in search for answers to heal the soul wounds left behind by trauma using ancient shamanic tools for healing. For the last decade, I've traveled the world to work with indigenous elders and shamanic teachers (some of which still living in un-industrialized tribes) so I could learn how to heal myself and the clients in my practice on a deeper level.

I've helped hundreds of clients who needed to reclaim the fragmented pieces of their soul that scattered during stressful life experiences in childhood, through past lives, and ancestral cycles release the unconscious patterns & biggest energetic blocks so that they magnetically attract the most fulfilling new life experiences and healthy, happy relationships they wish for.
